Laura’s Conciergerie attaches great importance to the well-being of its travellers. You can be sure of optimum comfort in our ready-to-live-in homes. You’ll be home in no time!
To make the most of your stay, all our fully furnished and equipped accommodation will provide you with all the necessities and comfort you need.
That’s why all our homes feature :
- HD flat-screen TV and wifi
- microwave and/or oven (sometimes combined)
- cooking hobs
- refrigerator and/or freezer
- kettle and toaster
- coffee machine
- kitchen utensils
- washing machine and/or tumble dryer
- dishwasher (except in some studios),
- ironing board and iron
- a workspace and storage space (+ clothes hanger).
Welcome kit & linen
For your convenience, you will be provided with a welcome pack containing all the essential products such as :
- local oil and vinegar
- salt and pepper
- soap
- coffee and tea pods
- sponge and washing-up liquid
- bin bags and toilet paper
Because we attach great importance to promoting our local traders and producers, our welcome products, from soap to oil and vinegar, are made by our Charente artisans.
For your arrival, beds will be made and towels as well as kitchen linen and bath mats will be at your disposal.
Hotel-quality households
The housekeeping package not only guarantees that your accommodation will be professionally cleaned on arrival, but will also be taken care of when you leave, so that you can end your stay with a clean bill of health. We attach great importance to the cleanliness and disinfection of our homes, which are cleaned using Stanhome’s expert, high-performance eco-label products.
Linen is washed at high temperatures and ironed by professionals.
High flexibility
The Conciergerie team adapts to your journey and train timetable and welcomes you to its accommodation at times that suit you.
Arrival and departure times are flexible throughout the day depending on accommodation availability.
For self-catering accommodation, you will still be accompanied by our personalised emails sent before your arrival and by Isabelle, who will help you prepare for your stay!

Preparing your stay
To help you prepare for your stay, you’ll receive all the information you need before you arrive: the address, where to park, where to shop, a tourist map and general information.
We will contact you a few days before your arrival to discuss your needs and any special requests you may have.
In all our accommodation, you will be given a welcome booklet containing practical advice about the accommodation and all the information you need during your stay (shops nearby, useful numbers, our restaurant recommendations, activities for children, etc.).

In response to the many requests from our travellers, we are offering you the
location of spacious family homes with swimming pools.
Designed to meet the needs of families and friends, these gîtes offer beautiful wooded gardens, children’s play areas, large relaxation areas and a host of facilities to suit every taste.
Pets are welcome in some of our accommodation.
Any request may also be considered. An additional cleaning fee of €40 per stay will be charged on arrival.
