The exterior

With a floor area of more than 400 m2, this house also boasts large outdoor areas:

– an inner courtyard with a first terrace with garden furniture and a table tennis table
– a secure swimming pool area (10*5m) with garden furniture
– a covered terrace (heated by a parasol) overlooking a large garden with a swing and children’s games
– a third shaded terrace with garden furniture, water point and barbecue
– a very large orchard with a horse meadow and small lake
All this in the absolute peace and quiet of the vineyards.
