Located on the 2nd floor of the mill, you’ll first find a spacious living room with comfortable seating for contemplating the panoramic view over the river!

Sleeping up to 4 people very comfortably, this 150m2 air-conditioned loft comprises :
– a bedroom with a 160 cm Queen Size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and wc
– a large living room with lounge, dining room and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. Flat-screen TV Canal Satellite
– terrace with table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers.
On the mezzanine :
One bedroom with 2 single 80 cm beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Location
In the heart of the town of Jarnac and next to the cellars of the Courvoisier Cognac house, the mill is in an exceptional location. Perched on the banks of the River Charente, you’ll enjoy immediate proximity to a large wooded park offering lovely walks along the water’s edge, pedestrianised streets, shops and markets…
Parking and transport
If you’re coming by car, there’s a free car park just a few metres away, either on the Place du Château or on the Quai de l’île Madame. To get to the mill, you can either follow the narrow streets or cross the lock and footbridge.
Once you’re here, it’s easy to get around on foot and discover our local shops and restaurants.
Activities
During your stay at Moulin de Quai 3, take the opportunity to discover the banks of the Charente at Jarnac, for some relaxing walks.
