On the ground floor, you’ll also find a cosy lounge with children’s games and a bathroom with bath and WC.

1st floor:

3 spacious, light-filled double bedrooms with 2 160cm beds and one 180cm bed (large enough to accommodate umbrella beds, one of which will be made available to you) and a bathroom (shower and WC).

2nd floor:

2 double bedrooms, a children’s bedroom with 3 beds and a bathroom (shower and WC). On this top floor, an attractive 2nd living room with TV and views over the countryside!

This atypical accommodation has fibre-optic wi-fi and a number of desks in the rooms, so you can work from home in peace and quiet.

Outside:

Take advantage of the beautiful flower-filled garden to settle back in the armchairs or sit down to a meal in the “guinguette” style area. A swing and a wooden hut with slide are sure to delight your children! The tranquillity of the area is perfect for relaxation and activities such as yoga. The brand new heated swimming pool (7.5*3m) completes this exceptional property!

To find the house, simply head towards the church… A former presbytery, the house has retained many traces of its past.

The house is nestled in the heart of the village of Saint Laurent de Belzagot, a commune in the southern Charente with a rich Romanesque heritage and church.

Poltrot leisure centre 20 minutes away: a shaded river and beach for a refreshing swim in a bucolic setting.
