Numerous shops and amenities, as well as bus routes, are within 100 m of the house on foot.
With its 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

GROUND FLOOR:
Bicycles can be stored in the large entrance hall.
You will find the first bedroom and then, at the end of the corridor, a second bedroom with its own private bathroom.
1ST FLOOR:
Enjoy the lounge/dining room and its private terrace with magnificent views of the ramparts and golf course, then move on to the fully-equipped kitchen with all the crockery and cutlery you need (Krups coffee maker, kettle, oven and microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer) and its laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
2ND FLOOR:
You’ll find a double room on the rampart side with a view of the golf course!
There is a large workspace, a large dressing room with ironing board and iron, and a bathroom with free-standing bath, WC and washbasin.
ON THE 3RD FLOOR :
